The MDD is a precision, manually-operated test stand featuring a leadscrew and reinforced crosshead, whose movement is controlled by a handwheel.

Portable and can be bench-mounted for use in a vertical or horizontal position. Fit a digital height scale to measure crosshead movement.

Combine with any Mecmesin digital force gauge to measure tension and compression up to 1000 N.

The LCP/S is a precision, manually-operated test stand featuring a rack-and-pinion with reinforced crosshead, whose movement is controlled by a lever.

Compact, portable and can be bench-mounted for use in a vertical position. Fit a digital height scale to measure crosshead movement.

Combine with any Mecmesin digital force gauge to measure tension and compression up to 500 N.

The ValuTest-D is a simple, manually-operated test stand featuring a basic leadscrew and moving crosshead controlled by a handwheel.

Bench-mounted for use in a vertical position. Not recommended for applications requiring precise measurement of crosshead movement.

ValueTest-L Lever

The ValuTest-L is a simple, manually-operated test stand featuring a basic rack-and-pinion with reinforced crosshead, whose movement is controlled by a lever.

Can be bench-mounted for use in a vertical position. Not recommended for applications requiring precise measurement of crosshead movement.

Combine with any Mecmesin digital force gauge to measure tension and compression up to 500 N.

Overview

MDD - Precision Handwheel 

The Manual Direct Drive (MDD) test stand comprises a precision leadscrew and reinforced crosshead, which together provide the stability to accurately apply tensile and compressive forces up to 1000 N (220 lbf ).  Its ergonomic handwheel allows the operator to finely position the crosshead along any point of its 450mm travel - each rotation of the handwheel gives the sensitivity to move by as little as 2mm.

It can be used in a vertical position or when ordering a feet kit,  it can be used horizontally for added operator comfort. Crosshead movement can be measured by fitting an optional digital height scale, thereby creating a basic tester to display load and displacement.

LCP/S - Precision Lever

The LCP/S is a precision, lever-operated test stand featuring a rack-and-pinion with reinforced crosshead, whose movement is controlled by an ergonomic lever. Each rotation of the lever moves the crosshead by 47mm.

Rated up to 500N (110 lbf) in tension and compression it features an adjustable stop, which limits the movement of the crosshead. This makes the LCP/S particularly suited to force testing applications where you need to take a quick and clear load reading at a fixed single position.

Compact and portable it can be bench-mounted for use in a vertical position. Crosshead movement over its 170mm travel can be measured by fitting an optional digital height scale.

ValuTest-D - Basic Handwheel

The ValuTest-D test stand comprises a basic leadscrew and crosshead to apply tensile and compressive forces up to 1000 N (220 lbf ).  Its handwheel allows the operator to position the crosshead along any point of its 450mm travel - each rotation of the handwheel moves it by 3mm.

It is a low-cost test stand designed for elementary tests. Not recommended for applications requiring precise measurement of crosshead movement.

ValuTest-L - Basic Lever

The ValuTest-L test stand is a lever-operated test stand featuring a crosshead which is fixed to a coarse leadscrew. The crosshead is then roughly positioned to the desired height. A rack-and-pinion, with a bracket to hold a force gauge, is attached to the crosshead and its movement is controlled by a lever up to a maximum of 47mm. Designed to apply basic tensile and compressive forces up to 500 N (110 lbf ).  

It is a low-cost test stand designed for elementary tests. Not recommended for applications requiring precise measurement of crosshead movement.
